As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI -
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
Unit Details:
- Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
- # of Beds in unit: 16
- RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
- Patient Population:
Adult - Geriatric - Dress code: any color scrubs
- Remote Tele Unit
- MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Cancellation policy:
Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract , must give 2 hr notice
Dress Code:
Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
Multipliers (OT, Holidays ): 1.25%
