• THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
• 2+ years of Current Med Surg - Required
• MUST be willing to float to other units as needed
• Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred
• Experience in Oncology Care and End Of Life Care - Highly Preferred but not required
• NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD TO TRIO.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
