RN to Patient ratio: 1:5-6
Patient Population: Adult, Adolescent
EMR: Cerner
Dress code: Traveler to provide own scrubs

• Accountable for management and delivery of patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provides direct patient care and delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate
• Serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician
• Focuses on completion of the nursing process including patient/family education and discharge planning

• THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Minimum 2 years of current experience - Required
• May float to other MS units if needed
• Travel experience - Preferred
• Post op experience strongly encouraged

Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc...

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
