As an Oncology Registered Nurse, you will provide infusion therapy, administer chemotherapy, and support patients through complex cancer treatments. You must have an active New York RN license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification, and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemotherapy certification.

At least 2 years of recent outpatient oncology or infusion experience is required, along with proficiency in Epic electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Skills in peripheral IV insertion, central line care, and patient education are essential. Recommended experience includes hospital-based infusion, therapeutic phlebotomy, and de-escalation training. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
