Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Build trust and rapport through transparent communication and product knowledge
• Assist in preparing sales paperwork and financing options
• Learn to present and see F&I products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for F&I certification

What we are looking for:

• Passion for customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior automotive sales experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history
