Medline - - Responsibilities:
Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls;
Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis;
Perform repairs and facility support tasks including light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs;
Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving;
Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components
