Summary – This position will maintain a perpetual inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and other general stock items.
Job Responsibilities –Activities:
Functions:
- Conduct cycle counts
- Issue components and parts to work orders
- Pulling and staging parts for work orders
- Transport components between facilities
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of manufacturing consumables
- Shipping/receiving goods
- Preparing shipment paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices)
- Prepare and package shipments (preservation, packaging, packing, marking)
- Organize and file all hard copy receipts/shipments/issues
- Housekeeping of warehouse area and components
- Perform Oracle database transactions for receiving, issuing, inventory transfer, and cycle counts
- Other tasks as required
Education
- Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience
Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:
- Clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Planning and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking
