Hours:
8:30 AM- 5 PM
- Maintains the Materials Returned for Credit (MRC) log
- Performs order entry and shipping processes
- Prepare material for on-site service, e.g., folders, binders and parts according to service schedule
- Processes completed service report for on-site service
- Initiates, receives, and processes loaner and trade-in instruments
- Reviews open service call reports with technicians and update as needed
- Maintains monthly test and equipment log ensuring test equipment inventory is accurate and within the calibration period.
- Performs preventive maintenance sales including quotation, order entry, RMA management
- Updates service calendar, prepares service documentation, processes completed service reports.
- Coordinates activities with Customer Service personnel as they relate to Customer Service and orders
- Shares responsibilities for answering the main telephone for Rudolph
- Create and process service parts quotes, orders, and shipments
- Assist with all service department related duties as needed and assigned
- Minimum of High School Diploma, some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service-related environment, preferably in import/export manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proven experience in a Sales environment
- Experience with International Customers
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SAP, Hub Spot, or an ERP system a plus
