Job Overview
Customer Service Representative – Deliver a premium customer experience on every interaction. Pay: $17-23/hr (base rate plus guaranteed tip rate, unlimited customer tips). Requires 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or hospitality, wearing assigned uniforms and maintaining professional appearance.
Responsibilities- Provide white glove service guiding customers through applications and resolving inquiries.
- Conduct up to 200 outbound customer calls per shift in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold high service standards, and de‑escalate conflicts.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies to attract and retain patients or customers.
- Proven de‑escalation skills and the ability to manage high call volume.
- Strong communication skills and passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, often including weekends.
