High-End Metal Finisher Day

Shift: Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm) Pay Rate: $20

Job Overview:
As a Metal Finisher, you'll play a key role in creating beautiful, high-quality metal surfaces that meet customer specifications, contributing to projects in commercial and public spaces. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!

• Use hand and belt sanders to finish and smooth metal surfaces
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders accurately
• Remove dents, scratches, and defects from metal surfaces with hand and power tools
• Cut, grind, burn, sand, and drill materials as needed for project requirements
• Apply satin finishes and ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear at all times

• Experience in manufacturing, autobody, or related fields
• Proficient in the use of manual and power tools
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, and lift loads
• Able to carry out tasks requiring manual dexterity and focus
• Work involves exposure to noisy environments and the use of various hand and power tools
• Consistent adherence to safety protocols and procedures
