Our machine operators are the backbone of our team, playing an important role in maintaining our high standards. They work on a variety of adhesives, tapes and foams, using various machines to meet our customers’ needs. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, cutting down raw materials to spec. We're looking for reliable, adaptable team players eager to learn and grow with us.

- Work as part of a team under the guidance of supervisors and managers; collaboration is key at our facility.
- Operate various slitters and/or die cutters, with training provided from day one. Learn to set up and execute a variety of work orders and interpret drawings to meet customer requirements.
- Use a range of measuring devices to ensure product setup is accurate and finished parts comply with customer specifications. Maintain logs, records, and reports related to production, machine maintenance, and product quality.
- Always adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Proficient in reading work instructions and drawings in English, with strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, following directions and collaborating with coworkers.
- Basic proficiency in science, mathematics, reading, and writing, as well as basic computer skills. Ability to read a ruler is required.
- Preference for hands‑on work and a consistent work history is valued over specific work experience or education. Opportunities available for those starting their careers.
- Prolonged periods standing required. Some squatting or kneeling may be required depending on the machine set up.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds 75% of time. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds 40% of the time. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds up to 25% of the time. Assistance provided for lifting 50 pounds.
- Must have manual dexterity to set up blades, feel material, and work measuring devices.
- Must have ability to differentiate between colors when working with certain products on the lever.
- Must be able to communicate in a factory setting that occasionally gets loud.
