As a key player in our production line, you'll be responsible for operating CNC saw equipment, reading simple drawings, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Your tasks include filling out quality documentation, preparing crates and pallets for shipment, and using basic hand tools. Safety and precision are paramount, and your contributions will directly impact our product excellence.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters
- Experience reading and interpreting simple drawings
- Ability to perform basic carpentry skills
- Competence in using hand tools such as hammers, drills, and nail guns
- Strong measurement, math, writing, and quality documentation skills
- Physical stamina to stand for 5-8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Crane operation training (or willingness to be trained)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Basic understanding of quality control processes
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating CNC machinery or saws is a plus but not required
Shift Choices:
- Monday – Friday (7am-3:30pm)
- Sunday – Wednesday (5am – 3:30pm)
- Wednesday – Saturday (5am – 3:30pm)
