What You'll Do:

• Operating CNC saw equipment
• Reading simple drawings
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Filling out quality documentation
• Preparing crates and pallets for shipment
• Using basic hand tools

Safety and precision are paramount, and your contributions will directly impact our product excellence.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters
• Experience reading and interpreting simple drawings
• Ability to perform basic carpentry skills
• Competence in using hand tools such as hammers, drills, and nail guns
• Strong measurement, math, writing, and quality documentation skills
• Physical stamina to stand for 5-8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Crane operation training (or willingness to be trained)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Basic understanding of quality control processes

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating CNC machinery or saws is a plus but not required
