Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Glenshaw, PA to hire a Painter for a second-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with industrial or production painting experience who take pride in high-quality finishes, safety, and consistency. In this position, you’ll be responsible for preparing and painting components used in architectural products installed in public spaces across the country.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and pre-treating materials prior to painting
• Apply wet paint and protective/anti-rust coatings to manufactured components
• Operate and maximize efficiency of paint booths
• Mix paints and assist with color matching as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain painting equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Request paint, wear items, and consumables as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production painting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience with specialized coatings or advanced painting techniques
• Basic knowledge of paint mixing and color matching
  
  Familiarity with industrial paint booths and spray equipment

High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production environment
