Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Sunday Shift Time: 5am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $19-$22hr based on experience

What You'll Do:
- Operate a range of woodworking machinery including saws, planers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment to produce precise wood components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials to exact specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to maintain peak performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required in daily operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and finishing wood components
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a woodshop or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with company-specific machinery or technical software
- Certification in woodworking or manufacturing safety training

Education and Experience:
