Pallet/Crate Assembler
Pay rate: $17.00/HR - $20.00/HR (pay is based on prior experience) Shift Days:
Monday
- Friday Shift hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What You'll Do:
- Build and assemble durable pallets, crates, and cardboard boxes with precision
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Use basic carpentry skills and tools such as hammers, drills, nail guns, and tape measures
- Read and interpret measurements and instructions accurately
- Maintain safety and efficiency throughout your shift, standing for at least 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform basic carpentry and measurement tasks
- Experience with hand tools including hammer, drill, and nail gun
- Strong reading, writing, measuring, and math skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks consistently
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Prior experience in pallet or crate assembly
- Familiarity with shipping and packaging procedures
- Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or carpentry experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a Monday
- Friday shift from 7am-3:30pm - Reliable transportation to Glenshaw location
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
