CNC Machinist—HAAS EXPERIENCE
TOPS Staffing is seeking a talented CNC Machinist with HAAS experience to join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing team dedicated to creating high-profile architectural and site products used in prominent commercial and public projects around the world. As a CNC Machinist with HAAS experience, you will play a vital role in operating state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in our production process.

What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor HAAS CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed quality documentation and inspection records for each part produced.
- Learn and stay proficient in CNC machining processes, with potential training in overhead crane operation for safe material handling.
- Perform basic shop tasks, including part handling, finishing, and quality checks.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to accurately read measurements in millimeters using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic math, measurement, and tolerance skills related to machining.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Comfort with basic shop tools such as deburring tools, drills, and grinders.
- Ability to quickly learn CNC processes, especially with HAAS equipment.
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Programming experience or familiarity with CNC programming.
- Experience operating overhead cranes.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with CNC machines, especially HAAS equipment, is highly desirable.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work various shifts, including days and nights, as scheduled.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
