Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Sunday – Wednesday

Pay: $19 - $21 per hour, based on experience

As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a crucial role in applying high-quality powder coatings to a variety of castings and stampings. You'll work in an environmentally controlled paint room, ensuring that each piece meets our company's and customer’s strict quality standards. • Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets
• Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line
• Inspect parts carefully for defects
• Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with powder coating processes a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive motions involved in masking and spraying
• Environmentally controlled paint room
• Ability to safely lift heavy parts and equipment
• Wear appropriate PPE as required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times
