Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 3:30pm)

What You’ll DoAs a Robotic Welder, you will create high-quality welds according to detailed blueprints and Welding symbols, ensuring precision and compliance with specifications. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the demanding needs of our clients, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
Required Skills- Education or training in Robotic Welding
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Prior experience programming industrial robots
- Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and procedures, especially MIG and TIG welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fabrication techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, including familiarity with robot peripheral set-up
- Experience with first article inspection processes
- Knowledge of automated welding systems
- Additional certifications in welding or robotics
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or technical training in welding or robotics
- Prior hands-on experience in robotic welding within a manufacturing setting
- Additional certifications in welding or robotics
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processing techniques and technological updates
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities
- Certifications in welding or robotics
