We are searching for a full‑time clerk to join our team and assist in servicing our client in Glenview, IL.

Lauterbach & Amen is committed to offering compensation that is fair, transparent, and competitive. The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $50,000$-$60,000
, with the final offer determined based on business‑related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. Offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time.
Job Duties
- Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Set invoices up for payment
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Continuous improvement for the accounts payable process
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- 0‑6 years’ of experience in accounts payable or general accounting experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with quality work
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience
