. We are in search of a Packaging Equipment Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support its business units through a consultative, solutions-focused approach. This role is responsible for driving packaging equipment sales, enabling automation initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with customers and vendor partners across the Brady

PLUS footprint.

• Lead sales and support efforts for packaging equipment solutions across all Brady
  
  PLUS business units.
• Collaborate with sales teams on customer visits, needs assessments, proposals, and presentations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on packaging equipment, automation technologies, and system integration.
• Partner with vendors to design and implement custom automation and equipment solutions.
• Support service team efforts by promoting equipment services and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, industry connections, and prospecting strategies.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, equipment installations, and facility assessments.
• Deliver equipment training to internal teams and end-users.
• Stay current on industry trends, including robotics, smart packaging, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and training sessions to support sales and relationship development.

• Education:
  
  College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in industrial packaging; expertise in flexible packaging, equipment, or distribution is strongly preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in  and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); CAD experience is a plus.
• Attributes:
  Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• Logistics:
  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations. In addition to base pay, Brady
