Our client seeks a Loan Servicing Representative in Glenview, IL. The successful candidate will handle loan servicing tasks, support the loan servicing department, and manage customer calls related to loans. Extensive experience in loan servicing, including loan accounting, escrow analysis, lien perfection/release, collateral perfection, per diem, payoffs, bank audits, and regulatory exams, is required.

The role offers a salary up to $75K and excellent benefits. (At least 5 years of Fiserv experience is required.)

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least two years in loan servicing.
• Experience with CRE, C&I, and SBA loan processing.
• SBA knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of Fiserv experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make decisions based on policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to identify efficiencies and document procedures.
