• Qualified candidates must have a current IL Esthetics or Cosmetology license. Eyelash certification is a plus!
• Willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash
• Must be able to work Sundays and Mondays
• Alternative employment cannot be competitive with any Deka Lash service offering
• Markets skills and builds their book of business while supporting Deka Lash
• Books lash models during training period
• Discusses lash membership and product options to clients and maintains monthly sales/performance goals
• Proactively monitors client book and is prompt & present for appointments
• Is willing to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skills
• Is able to consult and design appropriate lash designs based on client preference and need
• Is knowledgeable on all retail products to promote and educate clients on aftercare of their eyelash extensions and skincare
• Provides express facials and skincare product recommendations
• Is willing to learn and be certified as a Hydrafacial provider (9 months after hire)
• Provides frequent education and recommendations to clients with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure client satisfaction
• Shares with team in all studio sanitation activities

You are paid the GREATER of your hourly rate or 30% commission on all services and product sales, per pay period.
