• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent telephone customer service skills, as there is no face-to-face patient interaction in this role.
• Medical office, Call Center, or scheduling experience required.
• Familiarity with computers essential; staff will learn to use our Electronic Medical Record system, scheduling system, and need to navigate the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typing speed of 26+ words per minute.
