The Massage Therapist at Endeavor Health plays a vital role in promoting the well‑being and comfort of patients by providing therapeutic massage services within a hospital setting. As a key member of the Integrative Medicine team, the therapist works closely with healthcare professionals to enhance patients' physical and emotional health through the power of touch.

• Perform therapeutic massages on patients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current conditions to ensure safe and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers—physicians, nurses, and physical therapists—to integrate massage therapy into overall care plans.
• Customize massage techniques and pressure levels to meet unique patient needs, providing a personalized and comfortable experience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation of any adverse reactions or concerns.

• Education: Some college or equivalent training program is preferred.
• Certification: Preferred modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massage.
