** This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
** A Brief Overview:
** Supervise the daily clinical operations of the practice in conjunction with and under the direction of the Practice Manager and Administrative Director

* What you will do:

*** Onboarding of all new MA's including classroom instruction and clinical oversight in the individual's practice setting
* Work collaboratively with Learning and Development, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Lab to create, review and revise program content for both MA orientation and any ongoing training
* Assist in instruction and oversight of clinical competencies for MA's
* Train individual MA's to be validators in their respective practices
* Manage the ongoing implementation of the Cornerstone Program
* Maintain licensing and certification records for staff
* responsible for ongoing oversight and maintenance of CPR training and recertification for MG clinical staff
* Work with Practice Managers and Clinical Staff when requested to develop new competencies for either the MG as a whole or for specific specialty procedures
* Support the Regulatory Compliance Team in oversight of practices to assure compliance with TJC and other regulatory standards
* Traveling between sites is required

* Education:

** Bachelors Degree Required
* ** License**:
Current professional Nursing License in the State of IL required
* ** Certification:
** BLS-CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required
* *
* Experience:

** Prior office or hospital nursing experience is required
