Join C5T Corporation in supporting a new program for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), modernizing the SAP S/4

HANA systems behind global defense transportation.

As an SAP Forms Functional Analyst, you will design, configure, and optimize SAP Forms solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Transportation Management, Finance, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and the interfaces to the financial system of record.

This position offers the opportunity to apply SAP Forms and finance expertise to the processes that capture, settle, and report the cost of moving the Joint Force.

Position Summary

C5T is seeking an SAP Forms Functional Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Forms processes for USTRANSCOM.

The successful candidate will configure form creation, management, and execution, oversee form settlement and charge calculation, configure settlement documents and invoice verification, and ensure accurate cost posting and revenue recognition.

The role works closely with S/4

HANA, TM, FI, MM, SD, EWM, and interface teams and with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Forms processes.
• Configure form creation, management, and execution, including layout design and form logic.
• Oversee form settlement and charge calculation processes.
• Configure form settlement documents and invoice verification processes.
• Support automatic posting of form costs within SAP and relevant interfaces, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.
• Support form cost visibility and analytics.
• Ensure proper integration between SAP Forms and other modules, including TM, FI, MM, and SD.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on invoice reconciliation.
• Work closely with S/4
  
  HANA, TM, FI, MM, SD, EWM, and interface teams supporting the financial system of record.
• Manage enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
• Five or more years of experience in SAP Forms management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Forms and FI, including developing and customizing forms, layout design, form logic, and integration with other modules.
• Strong knowledge of form settlement and cost distribution.
• Deep understanding of integration points between SAP Forms, FI, SD, and MM.
• Experience with form cost calculation, settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger account determination, and cost postings.
• Experience with end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong business process knowledge in logistics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver on schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and team-focused with a sense of urgency.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with embedded SAP Forms in SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience with intercompany form billing.
• Knowledge of the revenue recognition impacts of form charges.
• Familiarity with EDI and API integrations with carriers.
• Federal or public sector experience.
• Experience in global transportation.
• DoW IAT Level I baseline certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Certification in SAP Forms or FI.
