Location:

Glenview R&D Center, Illinois, United States.

This position is onsite 5 days a week in our Glenview R&D Facility. The role supports the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs, and workplace services that ensure a well-managed and well-maintained building.

• Ensure day‑to‑day operations of the facility or campus, including janitorial, life‑safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented consistent with KHC policies.
• Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties.
• Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs from building occupants and for the implementation of ongoing contract programs.
• Compile necessary site‑specific documentation and reports (Property Information Book, Site Operating Manual, Emergency Procedures Manual, OSHA Log, Safety Meeting Log, Janitorial Log, Vendor Certificates of Insurance, etc.).
• Prepare budget and financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders related to the facility.
• Assist in developing capital budgets, including contributions toward a five‑year maintenance plan.

• Specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation & build.
• Relevant facility management experience.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Proficiency in understanding management agreements and contract language.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $68,900 - $86,100. Eligible for performance‑based bonus.
