Job OverviewThe Corporate Campus Facility Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day security, repair, and maintenance of the corporate campus, as well as assisting with the management of the idle facility portfolio. The role also plans and manages capital projects, prepares annual budgets, and tracks expenses.
Primary Responsibilities- Prepare operating budgets and capital plans for the corporate facility and track expenses for the facilities function.
- Plan and manage all capital projects and office moves, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee maintenance for the corporate campus, including hiring and managing vendors for landscaping/snow removal, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related services.
- Prepare space plans for the corporate office.
- Assist with the management and disposal of domestic idle facilities.
- Manage the engineering staff for the corporate campus.
- Associate’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of building‑maintenance experience at facilities larger than 200,000 sq ft.
- 3+ years managing internal and external teams to complete tasks.
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite at the Glenview campus, with flexible hours.
- Operational understanding of building construction, grounds, and environmental maintenance.
- Operational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, maintenance, and repairs.
- Advanced knowledge of facility budgeting, contract administration, space planning/office moves, and furniture/flooring systems.
- Proficiency reading CAD drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Availability for occasional Saturdays (10–20%).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
The base salary ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
