Certified Training Baker – Einstein Bros Bagels

Einstein Bros Bagels has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995. We aim to spread joy and maintain work‑life balance for our team, closing at 2 pm each day. As a Certified Training Baker, you’ll help new bakers succeed and enhance the guest experience.

• Serve as a top baker, baking the world’s best bagels while training new staff.
• Provide great hospitality, a friendly attitude, and expert product knowledge.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of baking experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Hourly Rate: $14.86 – $22.29 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations).
