Home Health Registered Nurse

Base pay range: $78,000 per year.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join our client’s expanding team in Glenview, Illinois. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, individualized nursing care to patients in their homes—helping them maintain comfort, independence, and optimal health. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker who values both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver skilled nursing care in home settings.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on condition management, medications, and post‑care needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and ensure continuity of care through regular communication and accurate documentation.
• Promote patient safety and well‑being while adhering to all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Monday through Friday, day shift.
• One weekend per month.
• Two to three on‑call days per month.
• Two holidays per year.
• This is a Pay Per Visit position.

• Local travel required within the Glenview area (travel reimbursement provided).

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience (home health preferred).
• Current BLS or ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

• Prior experience in home health or community‑based care.
• Strong organizational, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
