Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Care Manager in Glenview, IL for a full-time, 40-hour week. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with on-call duties and rotating weekends every 3–4 weeks.
Requires IL nurse licensure, a BSN, and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in utilization management or chronic disease care is strongly preferred, along with EMR familiarity and knowledge of accountability criteria such as Inter Qual/MCG.
