American Traveler is hiring an RN
- Med/Surg Tele for a night shift contract requiring an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of experience with EKG proficiency.
- Med/Surg Tele unit handling boarded patients in the ED (not direct ED patients)
- 12-hour night shift, 7p-7:30a
- Every-other weekend requirement
- Holiday coverage as needed
- No on-call requirements
- Floating to other Med/Surg units required if not needed in the ED
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Active IL RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, 4+ years preferred
- New graduates not accepted
- Must pass an EKG competency test
- EKG experience required
- Resume and 2 professional references required for consideration
- Copies of certification and license verification required for consideration
- Provide Med/Surg Tele level care to boarded ED patients and float to other units as needed
