American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with 2+ years of experience and EKG proficiency for a night shift contract requiring an active IL RN license.
Details- Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for boarded patients in the ED (not treating ED patients)
- Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Works every-other weekend
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Floats to other MS units when not needed in the ED
- No on-call requirements
- 8-week contract length
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, 4+ years preferred
- EKG experience required with passing EKG test required for consideration
- Epic EMR experience required
- New graduates will not be considered
- Provide telemetry-level nursing care to boarded patients awaiting unit placement
- Flexibility to float to other medical-surgical units as census requires
