Role: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Night shift)
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care outcomes
- Take responsibility and accountability for patient care outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering care
- Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred
- Deliver nursing services across all patient populations in the ED
- Apply clinical judgment to patient care planning and execution
- Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Lead and support nursing team members
