Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is a leading food and beverage company. This role focuses on supplier quality management, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Position SummaryAs a Supplier Quality Senior Analyst, you will lead the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Supplier Quality Management System for a specific ingredient or packaging category. You will conduct on‑site and desktop audits, analyze supplier performance data, support corrective actions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with KHC supplier quality standards through on‑site assessments and desktop audits.
- Provide program support and data analysis for the U.S. and Canada supplier quality program.
- Evaluate 2nd‑party audit reports and support global compliance reporting.
- Assist plants in achieving quality KPIs via root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaints related to suppliers.
- Maintain audit trackers and keep data up‑to‑date.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and manage audit schedules.
- Train cross‑functional partners on Supplier Quality processes.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and internal KHC factories.
- Prepare monthly tracking documents and support supply‑chain food‑safety events.
- Support NA Supplier Quality team to deliver key KPIs and organizational objectives.
- B.S. degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Microbiology or related field.
- 3‑5 years experience in food or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience in plant or corporate quality, including HACCP, ISO/GFSI, and FSMA.
- Knowledge of quality systems (Agile, SAP, Intelex) and statistical tools (DMAIC, DFSS, Lean).
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with PCQI certifications preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Glenview, IL (remote acceptable). Salary range: $88,000–$110,000. Travel required 50–70%.
