• Lead a successful shift, overseeing front‑ and back‑of‑house operations
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during busy shifts
• Uphold food safety, quality, cleanliness and daily operational standards
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results
• Own open, mid, and close routines, setting the next shift up for success
• Recognize team members and celebrate shift wins
• Communicate clearly and address issues as they arise

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or restaurant operations
• Energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts and peak hours
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
