We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in-store, and expediting orders from the cut table

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Work conditions may include exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from 33 to 90+ degrees, and odors from food, scents, or cleaners.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust; confined spaces such as a walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees; sharp edges and moving parts.
• Staying on feet for most tasks; occasional stairs or ladders; lifting up to 50 pounds; dough trays and product cases up to 25-50 pounds; carrying items between areas; occasional climbing of stairs during deliveries; reaching above 72" and other ranges for equipment and ingredients.
