ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA), a division of ITW, includes trusted brands like Buildex® (Teks®, Sammys®), Red Head (Tru Bolt®, Tapcon®), Ramset (Trakfast®), and PNA®, serving professional contractors since 1910. We are currently looking for a National Account Manager to join our team! This individual will be remote and will be responsible for driving strategic growth and delivering sales targets across assigned national accounts. This role builds and nurtures strong customer partnerships, collaborates cross‑functionally to execute account strategies, and serves as a key advocate for both the customer and the business.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quota for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster customer partnerships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with field sales leadership, sales representatives and marketing team to execute growth strategies.
  • Advocate for customers and resolve issues.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform customer‑centric innovation.
  • Analyze market data and recommend solutions.
  • Travel to support events and field engagement.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/ Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum of 5‑10 years of sales experience; construction industry a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and strategic skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to lead through influence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting software.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. This position is eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
