We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Fitness Membership Advisor
, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—calling leads, setting appointments, and guiding them through the process of becoming part of the D1 Training family.

• Engage New Leads: Make daily outbound calls, build connections, and schedule trial sessions and consultations.
• Drive Sales: Help prospects discover the right membership options for their goals and close new sign-ups.
• Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, appointments, and sales activity.
• Be the Voice of D1: Deliver a professional yet enthusiastic first impression that reflects our brand and culture.

• 100+ Calls a day to leads.
• Convert at least 20% of inbound leads into clients.
• Maintain a 60% schedule rate
  , 70% show rate
  , and 50% close rate

• Energetic Communicator: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident on the phone.

  Experience:
  
  1+ years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Customer Service
  
  Skills:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (fitness industry a plus).
• Passion for Fitness: You don’t need to be a pro athlete, but you should believe in what we do.

• $18/hour base pay
• $20 commission per new member acquired. 10% on most PIF and PT sales
