We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic Member Sales Specialist to help us grow our community, inspire new members, and connect athletes of all ages to elite‑level training. This role is not a desk job – it’s an opportunity to bring energy every day, talk with people about their goals, and help them take the first step toward changing their lives.

D1 Training is an athletic‑based group training facility for adults and youth athletes (ages 7+). • 📞 Make daily outbound calls to new leads, prioritizing speed‑to‑contact.
• 💬 Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to closed membership.
• 🗂 Ensure all client notes, touchpoints, and activity are logged and tracked accurately.
• 🎯 Match prospects with the right D1 program based on their goals and needs.
• 🤝 Build relationships with members and help drive retention and referrals.

• 🔑 High‑energy, enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness.
• 📈 1+ years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred).
• 🤝 1+ years in customer service with proven relationship‑building skills.
• 📞 Phone sales and/or appointment‑setting experience (1+ years).
• 💡 Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
