Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of a Mobile Installation Technician. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

• Installation & repair of aftermarket mobile electronics & accessories including not limited to:
  • Car audio/video systems
  • Marine & motorcycle audio systems
  • Alarms/remote starts
  • Dashboard cameras
  • Radar detectors
  • Custom lighting
  • Driver safety systems

• Provide customer education on the use of products sold/installed

• Pass a drug test & physical
• MECP certification a plus
• Valid driver license
• Working knowledge of analog/digital electronics, schematics & testing equipment
• Customization & fabrication skills a plus
• Some weekend work required
• Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property
• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem‑solving skills

• Yearly performance review
• Hourly rate starting at $20 or more based upon experience
