Performance Coach

MSF Performance Co. is a high-level sports performance training facility focused on developing athletes through structured strength training, speed development, and movement quality. We work with injured clients, youth, high school, collegiate athletes, and motivated adults who value intelligent training and long-term development.

Location: Glenview, IL
Job Type: Part-Time (opportunity to grow)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (ranges $20–120)

• Coach individual, semi-private, and group training sessions
• Lead athletes through strength, speed, and movement-based training programs
• Assist with warm-ups, movement prep, and coaching cues
• Maintain a professional and positive training environment
• Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and staff
• Support daily facility operations as needed

• Interest in pursuing a career in sports performance, personal training, or athletic development
• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, sport science, or a related field (degree in progress or completed preferred, not required)
• Coaching, training, athletic, or internship experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Wants hands‑on coaching experience in a performance setting
• Is eager to learn proper coaching systems, cueing, and athlete management
• Enjoys working with athletes and being on the gym floor
• Is dependable, energetic, and professional
