As a Main Shop Advisor at Phil Long Subaru of Glenwood Springs, you ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by greeting clients warmly and attentively listening to their automotive concerns. You ll assess the type of service required, prepare repair orders, and provide estimates for additional repairs if needed. Your expertise will shine as you advise customers on routine maintenance and identify mechanical issues through thoughtful questioning or inspections.

You ll prepare detailed work orders, communicate findings, and explain costs clearly, ensuring transparency at every step. Scheduling service appointments, handling complaints, and maintaining a clean and professional work area will be part of your daily responsibilities.
