Job Description:

In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado.
At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
BLS through the American Heart Association.
Flu Vaccination (mandatory) required Oct 1st through April 1 must be from THIS flu season.
