Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with circulating and scrub skills for an Operating Room position at a surgery center, requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 2 years of perioperative experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a surgery center operating room setting
- Responsible for both circulate and scrub roles during surgeries
- Day shifts with 5 eight-hour shifts per week
- No call requirement for this assignment
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Modality includes perioperative care in the intraoperative phase
- Must be proficient in both scrub and circulating nurse duties
- Housing options are available to travelers directly through the facility, based on availability
- No local applicants will be considered due to the 75-mile radius rule
- Candidates must submit a skills sheet demonstrating OR circulate and scrub competency
- Active CO or compact RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant operating room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Proof of current flu vaccination with no exemptions allowed
- Must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered
