Shift: 12-hour day shifts, including weekends

• Provide patient-centered care to adults in a Med-Surg/Acute Care/OBS setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes.
• Utilize specialized knowledge for the management of complex disease states, including post-surgical and acute/chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech electronic health records.
• Participate in the unit call rotation as required.

• 12-hour day shifts, including weekend rotation.
• Must agree to participate in the call rotation, taking 1 call shift per 2-week period (following VV’s pay schedule) in place of guaranteed hours, if requested due to staffing needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Acute Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or a similar setting required.

• Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA).
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions).
• Proficiency with Meditech or similar electronic health record systems.
