Overview
Registered Nurse – CCU with Day 0 CVICU experience in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 06/02/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,444 to $2,601, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour rotating nights (1900–0730) including weekend rotations, and you must participate in a call rotation as needed to support staffing.
The assignment is in a hospital setting, with CVICU/CCCU responsibilities and exposure to cath lab procedures (two Cath Labs, including a Hybrid Lab) to support critical cardiac care.

- Provide direct patient care for CCU/CVICU patients, including post‑CV surgery and post‑catheterization care
- Monitor hemodynamics, manage invasive lines, and support ventilated patients as needed
- Administer medications, titrate vasoactive infusions, and respond to clinical changes per care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, cath lab staff, respiratory therapy, and neuro/telemetry) to coordinate care
- Assist with cath lab procedures and post‑procedure recovery; ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of patient status
- Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and patient education; participate in on‑call rotation as required
- Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years RN Critical Care experience required
- Strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience
- Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts and participate in call rotation (1 call shift per 2 weeks when requested)
