Hourly rate: $32.68 – $49.98 (depending on education level and experience). The range represents budgeted amounts; final offers consider skill set, experience, location, and other factors.

Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.

Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations guiding all nurses at Valley View Hospital.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state board of nursing approved.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Certification:

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, card presented before start date.
• State licensure (RN) required.
• Minimum 1 year RN work experience.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

• ADN: $32.68 – $48.06 per hour
• BSN: $33.99 – $49.98 per hour
• Entry salary dependent on education, skill set, and experience.
• 4% pay differential for RN‑ADN, BSN, MSN.
