Nursing Director Outpatient Surgical Center & Endoscopy

We are seeking a nurse leader to oversee both our Outpatient Surgery Center and our Endoscopy Department.

Qualifications:

· RN BSN

· Current RN License to practice in Colorado or ability to obtain.

· Current BLS and ACLS endorsed by the American Heart Association

· Leadership skills such as coaching, counseling, vision and mission development, delegation, decision making, prioritizing, collaboration, direction, coordination and change management.

· Demonstrated ability in management skills: budget, financial and statistical analysis, business formation, performance review, capital equipment acquisition and management.

· Demonstrated ability in interpersonal (verbal and written communication) skills, diplomacy, mediation, goal setting, group process, listening, liaison and conflict resolution.

· Current patient care theories and practice required.

· CQI/TQM strongly preferred.

· Endoscopy RN/Surgical RN with progressive leadership experience for 5 or more years.
